This Rangers Ballpark famous ballpark is located in Arlington, Texas and falls between Dallas and Forth Worth,. Texas. On May 7th 2004, The Ballpark in Arlington was renamed as the Ameriquest Field in Arlington, when Ameriquest bought the naming rights. Even with the official change of name, the fans continued to refer to it simply as 'The Ballpark' or 'The Temple'. Then on March 19th 2007, the Texas Rangers collaborated with Ameriquest and renamed the ballpark as the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.

The Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Texas serves as the throne to American League's Texas Rangers and also houses the Legends of the Game Baseball Museum. The construction for the stadium began on April 2nd,1992 an was away from the Arlington Stadium that was to be replaced by The Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Texas. The new stadium was inaugurated on April 1st,1994 with an inaugural match between the Texas Rangers and the New York Mets. However, the official series match was played between the Texas Rangers and Milwaukee Brewers on April 11th, 1994.
David M. Schwarz Architectural Services of Washington, D.C designed the stadium with inputs from the Texas Rangers. The Rangers wanted to construct a retro style baseball park that would include many features from baseball's Jewel Box parks.
