About Rabobank Theater
Rabobank Theater is a smaller club than many, but from time to time it has heavily-publicized groups like Buckcherry. The venue will usually have small bands from around the county perform any given weekend. Rabobank Theater does not discriminate against any music, having shows for everything from alternative rock to heavy metal scheduled every day of the week. The concert hall also has an open mic night on Wednesday.
Rabobank Theater was originally a carpet showroom, but it was changed into a bar when it went out of business in 1970 by Neslon Slatter. The owner had always desired to own a bar resembling the club he always went to while he was in his late-20s and resided in Portland. Rabobank Theater is now the nicest club in the city to listen to concerts or buy a beer.
