Located in the heart of Orange County, the Honda Center is regarded as one of the premier entertainment and sports venues in the nation. The complete arena is built on a 650,000 square feet of space and is lined inside and out with marble and granite from around the world. Previously, the Honda Center used to be known as the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim. The construction work of the Honda Center was completed in 1993 at a cost of $123 million. Arrowhead Water who paid $15 million for it owned the naming rights. Later Honda acquired the naming rights to the arena for $60 million in October 2006.

Inaugurated in 1993, the Honda Center is owned by the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Arena Management, LLC, manages it. The Hondo center is home to the Anaheim Ducks and annual John R. Wooden Classic. This arena has hosted the 2003 World Gymnastics Championships and 2005 World Badminton Championships, along with various NCAA events including the first Frozen Four west of the Rocky Mountains and much more. It is not that the ground of Honda Center is used only for sporting events. Even live performances by renowned musical artists and family shows from around the around feel proud to perform here.
