The hunt for the next America's favorite dancer has already begun, kick starting its search from New York City. The third season on FOX, is hosted by the beautiful, and talented Cat Deeley, one of the UK's best television personalities, and a correspondent for "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Good Morning America." Season three promises to sway America along with the contestants who will showcase their talents in everything from the "street" styles of hip-hop, krumping and popping to "the best of ballroom" – salsa, quickstep, jive and more. While dancing and swaying to the music, you can actually select America's Favorite Dancer. The producers traveled to places such as; New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Atlanta in search of dancers who best symbolize the rhythm of America. Dancers who were able to mesmerize the judges with their mean and graceful move were invited to call-backs, where they worked with top choreographers, and further honed their dancing techniques. It's not that easy, as an invitation to callbacks does not mean an entry to the spectacular show. During the callback week, the judges select the Top 20 dancers who will then proceed to the next level of the competition. Then the participants will not only entice the judges, but will have to woo the whole of America with their dancing skills. Ultimately the best will emerge as the winner.
