Background:The Best of Broadway is presenting the most anticipated world premiere of all-dancing and the all-singing holiday musical, "White Christmas,' at the famous Curran Theatre through December 26. The play has been adapted from the famous film released in 1954 by Norman Krasan, Melvin Frank and Norman Panama. The show has been acclaimed as the perfect musical for running festive season, providing a sort of uplifting feeling for all who attend. There are twenty-five sizzling Irving Berlin songs, and each song is accepted as a classic; very well directed by Walter Bobbie and scenes are presented with absolute perfection. Randy Skinner has contributed the well adapted choreography.

This musical joyride was earlier tried out as St. Louis' Muny Theatre, but unfortunately idea didn't work out. In 2001, the revised presentation of the White Christmas was announced. White Christmas has some very good numbers like "Blue Skies," "I Love a Piano," and "The Best Things Happen While You're Dancing,” Dances are perfectly performed by Meredith Patterson and Jeffry Denman. White Christmas has an outstanding cast; Brian d' Arcy James plays Bob Hartman; Anastasia Barzee give a tremendous performance as Betty Haynes. There is a superb supporting cast that includes; Susan Mansur, who plays the hotel manager, Charles Dean plays General Waverly and young Raquel Castro plays the General's niece. She has given great performance and looks absolutely appealing while she sings "Let Me Sing and I'll be Happy."
Choreographer Randy Skinner has very well assembled one of the best dancing casts in the history of the Broadway. It's an electrifying blend of top-flight chorus dancers with national touring shows and great biographies of Broadway. Overall performances look fantastic and these transitions flow very smoothly. Beautiful sets are very well designed by Anna Louizos. White Christmas has everything to make someone call, it a perfect holiday musical. Collect your tickets from an online ticket vendor or you will miss a breathtaking show.
