The Turning Stone Resort Championship is a PGA Tour professional golf tournament, which was established in 2007, and was played for the first time from September 20 to September 23 in 2007. The tournament is hosted by the Atunyote Golf Club at Turning Stone Resort & Casino, in Verona in Upstate New York. It was the first of the seven Fall Series events played after the conclusion of the FedEx Cup in 2007, which was also introduced the same year, and the prize fund was $6 million.

About Turning Stone Resort Championship
The tournament's timing in the PGA Tour calendar changed in 2008, and the 2008 Fall Series will begin before the conclusion of the FedEx Cup with the Viking Classic. After the Fall Series takes a week off for The Tour Championship, it will resume with the Turning Stone Championship. John Rollins won the 2006 B.C. Open, which was held at the course, when Endicott Golf Club, which is now the site of a Champions Tour event, was unavailable because of severe weather. With a victory at the inaugural Turning Stone Resort Championship, Steve Flesch won for the second time in 2007 and the fourth time overall on the PGA TOUR. Posting a four day total of 18 under par 270, he became the first winner in Turning Stone history and collected the $1,080,000 winner’s check.
