White started his musical career in the early stage of 1970s. In the initial stage, he had contributed in the album titled “Lovers at the Greek”. When he reached his adolescent, he began to perform in the some renowned musical theatres for example: Fiddler on the Roof, Music Man etc.
After learning various facets of music industry, he joined in a musical group named “The Voices”. He got the initial breakthrough when he was offered the job of a leading vocalist in an eminent musical band. Though he started his career as a part time basis, he began to prepare himself to debut as a full time singer. He started his musical career in full swing by joining at the Mr. F's Supper Club. When the show ended, he was offered to join Legend at the Imperial Palace.
After signing a deal with the Imperial Palace, White started performing in various shows and concerts around the world. He had performed across the globe. No matter wherever he went, Jay White was received with huge fan fare every time. He had retained his relationship with Imperial Palace continuously for nine year.
