Warbringer talked to a local music director from X102.1 and got their single on air. The girlfriend of a record executive heard the song and soon after Warbringer was signed. The group played for little to no money at first and was just happy to be given a chance to be heard. The group does not have a problem selling out any venue now, small or large.
Warbringer accepted that they were real working musicians as soon as the band’s first fan club was started in 1981 by Betty Moran. While the club started out small after the organizer heard the band play at a small club in Miami, the club grew leaps and bounds after the group’s first national tour.
