UCLA Wind Ensemble performs the classic material eloquently and powerfully, providing another excellent rendition of the timeless classic. The performance presents the work of Johannes Ockeghem in Sacramento. UCLA Wind Ensemble was written in the late 18th century, but comes alive now in the performance. The work is an excellent example of the movement in the 20th century classical period.

The composer for UCLA Wind Ensemble is Tim Prather, an excellent composer from Charleston. The composer first worked in Baltimore, specializing in work from the romantic period. While studying music in Los Angeles, he decided he wanted to become a composer.
UCLA Wind Ensemble has seen tremendous support from the city and its residents while it has played at the concert hall and has scheduled a seventh performance.
