About The Acorn
The band has just finished their latest project, and they are already thinking of their next move. The Acorn plans to take a break after the tour, to allow the group members to work on side projects.
The Acorn’s single rose quickly in the charts giving then the national recognition they always wanted. The groupplays plenty of arenas, but would rather play in the smaller venues in which they began.
The Acorn finally realized they made it after the band’s first fan club was started by Michelle Foster in 1978. The group embraced the small fan club and with the launching of the band’s own website by Maria Pillar and a well marketed national tour the club quickly grew to a few thousand.
