Tanghetto's most current release is the group's first release since the band broke up five years ago. The band recently completed their new record, but they are thinking of what is to come next. Tanghetto intends to spend some time apart after this next tour, allowing the band members to recharge.

Tanghetto talked to a DJ from K93.9 and got their single on air. The girlfriend of a record executive heard the song and soon after Tanghetto was signed. The group members were ecstatic once they were signed and quit their odd jobs that had supported them while they worked toward their dreams. Tanghetto first garnered some national attention with their first single.
Tanghetto accepted that they could really have a career in music after the group’s first fan club was started in 1992 by Jennifer Fraiser. Starting out in Phoenix with a few dozen members, the club grew fast, eclipsing a couple thousand from New York to California in under a year.
