The years of paying their dues paid off when Tab signed a record deal. The band's members all had odd jobs while they worked hard to be known. Now the group is a huge draw wherever they go.
Tab knew they had finally made it in 1984, when the group's first fan club was started by Jenny Dostal. The fan club started out small with just a handful of members, generally localized to the area around Atlanta, but the creation the band’s website by Jen Noonan, along with the first real national marketing campaign, saw the membership to grow into the thousands.
The group may have recently completed their latest album, but they are already planning their next move. Members of Tab hope this next tour brings in more fans than ever.
The group has always had a good time in Atlanta so they make sure to play there every year, even if they are not promoting anything.
