Saint Ohio was discovered while joking around, performing on the street one day. All the members quit their day jobs to focus on their music. Saint Ohio were uneasy after releasing the first album, but were happy when they heard their music on the radio for the first time. The group is on tour constantly, performing before large crowds nightly.

Saint Ohio knew they had finally made it when Virginia Urich started the first fan club for the group in 1996. The fan club may have just started out with a few members that followed the band when the played in small clubs, but it quickly grew to thousands after the group released its first album and started touring nationally.

The most current release from Saint Ohio is the group's ninth project.

The group has just finished their newest record, but they are plotting their next move already. Members of Saint Ohio hope to team up with other artists during this tour.

Often times, critics have commended Saint Ohio for their ability to rile up the audience at concerts. Dallas music critic Lane Ellenwood has always commented on band’s song's lyrics. Saint Ohio’s new record is receiving amazing reviews from notable music critics like Paul Hemmingway and Vince Lamango.
