Odis’s single rose quickly in the charts giving then the national recognition they always wanted. The band is on the road all the time now promoting their album before sold out venues. Odis was discovered after single was played on X98.5. The band's members all had weird jobs while they waited to be noticed.
Odis knew that they could really have a career in music after the band’s first fan club was started in 1985 by Kathy Oswalt. The fan club quickly grew from a few dozen in San Francisco to a few thousand from California to New York.
The newest release from Odis is a refinement of their traditional sound. The group is in the middle of the accompanying tour for their new release. Odis's members hope this tour and the new record attracts a whole new group of fans.
