Oddzar always wanted to hear themselves at the top of the charts and they got their wish with the release of their first single. A member of Oddzar started dating a girl whose grandfatherwas a record executive. She passed the single on to them and the band signed a record deal soon after.
Oddzar accepted they had finally made it in 1981, when Pamela Fleetwood started the band’s first fan club.
