Momix intends to take some time off after the tour, to allow the band members to work on side projects. The band just completed their newest project, but they are plotting their next move already. The latest release from Momix has taken the band in a completely different direction, going back to basics.
Critics have often commended Momix for their ability to rile up the audience during live performances. Los Angeles music critic Peter Hart has always pointed out group’s great drummer. Momix’s newest release is receiving incredible reviews from all the critics, including Mark Gasteyer from Detroit and Toby Oswalt from Miami.
Momix signed the record deal, but were not expecting the next step to be any easier. The group plays plenty of arenas, but would rather play in the smaller bars in which they began.
