Magic People was discovered after single was played on X97.1. All the members quit their day jobs to focus on their music. The band plays almost every night of the week as the they tour the States.
Magic People knew that living life as a musician was a actual possibility as soon as the group’s first fan club was started by Rebecca Dostal in 1993. The club started out in Los Angeles with a handful of members, but grew tremendously once their singles started getting national air time.
The most current project from Magic People has been heavily influenced by R&B artists of the past. The group is in the beginning of the promotional tour for their latest project. Magic People intends to take some time off after the tour, allowing the group members to work on individual projects.
