Magdeline’s members met in 1986. The bassist use to listen to CDs constantly as a teenager. Magdeline began performing at Academic, a college club. The group used to sell their tapes out of their truck at the local music store.

Magdeline was discovered after single was played on Q101.1. The band's members all had weird jobs while they waited to be noticed. Magdeline were still not sure if they would make it after getting a record. They had heard too many stories and knew that they were in no position to expect anything.
After this past hectic year the members of Magdeline will spend some time apart to work on individual projects. The group is in the first leg of the promotional tour for their most current release. The newest project is 's first release since the band broke up eight years ago.
