Kansas Music Hall of Fame began playing together while they were in grade school. The band was influenced by Earth, Wind, and Fire. Kansas Music Hall of Fame started playing at the local bar Glut. The lead singer first found his love of music by listening to his family's record collection.

Kansas Music Hall of Fame was discovered after their single was heard on a local music hour on K92.5. The bandspent years before being signed as an opening act. The band plays plenty of arenas, but would rather play in the smaller clubs in which they began.
Kansas Music Hall of Fame realized they had finally made it after the band’s first fan club was started in 1992 by Donna Menchen. Initially the band only had a few fans from Pittsburgh in the club, but after playing across the world the fan club’s membership exploded to a few thousand.
After this last non-stop year the members of Kansas Music Hall of Fame will take a break to work on other projects. The band is in the middle of the tour accompanying for their most current album.
