About Jack Johnson
Jack has a very busy year on the road and is playing shows in Australia and New Zealand in March followed by a huge US summer tour and the moving on to Europe and then back to the states for the end of the summer.
Jack Hody Johnson started playing guitar at the age of 15 and was a Pro surfer until he had a bad accident at Pipeline that knocked out his front teeth and caused him to get 150 stitches. At 17 he became the youngest competitor to reach the finals at Pipeline Masters. He did not start writing songs until his college years at UC of at Santa Barbra. He is in the line up for 2008 Bonnaroo Festival and will be sharing the spotlight with many other huge names such as Pearl Jam, Metallica, Kanye West, Chris Rock and so many more.
