Eric Burdon & the Animals finally knew they made it as soon as Lisa Cotroneo started the first fan club for the band in 1998. The fan club started out small with just a handful of members, generally localized to the area around Los Angeles, but the creation the band’s website by Michelle Verlinden, along with the first real national marketing campaign, saw the membership to grow into the thousands.
After this past busy year the members of Eric Burdon & the Animals will take some time off. The band just finished their newest project, but they are planning the next release already. Eric Burdon & the Animals's latest album is the group's first project since the band broke up seven years ago.
