E for Explosion hope this next tour brings in more fans than ever. The band recently finished their latest release, but they are plotting their next move already. The most current record from E for Explosion took five months to put together.

After paying their dues and opening shows for years, E for Explosion was signed to a record deal. The band played for little to no money at first and was just happy to be given a chance to be heard. E for Explosion’s first release climbed the charts quickly, giving them national exposure. The band plays plenty of arenas, but would rather play in the smaller bars in which they started.

E for Explosion accepted that the possibility of living life as actual musicians was a real possibility in 1991, when Brenda Jagodzinski started the group’s first fan club. While the club started out small after the organizer heard the band play at a small club in Orlando, the club grew leaps and bounds after the group’s first national tour.

The group has always had a good time in Champaign so they make sure to play there every year, even if they are not promoting anything. E for Explosion respects the fact that their fans love their older records, so they go to great effort to incorporate the older hits with the most current ones.
