When, Baby was child his uncle exposed him to all sorts of music. Baby Bash grew up observing the local Latin rap scene. While he was in school, he joined local groups like Latino Velvet and Potna Deuce with his fellow rappers Jay Tee and Kid Frost. Once, he got an opportunity to tour Huston, to perform as a guest artist with the popular band South Park Mexican. This performance paved his way through the music industry.
Eventually, he met Frakie J. and Kumbia Kings and began working with them. Things really worked out when he hooked up with popular producer Happy Perez. Under Perez's label, he issued his debut album, "Savage Dreams" in 2001. His hit single, "Suga Suga" became an instant rage. Soon, the offers began pouring in.
Finally, he signed up a healthy deal with Universal and went on to issue his major label debut album "Tha Smokin' Nephew" in 2003. After two years, he stormed the music stores with "Super Saucy."
