A Change of Pace is a Pop-Punk and Rock band formed in 2001. This amazing rock group originated from Peoria, Arizona. These rocking heroes are a group of five members who will rock your soul and body to the core and will make sure that you have a great experience and enjoy yourself to the fullest with their awesome performances. The band has performed on some very big tours and events including 2005 and 2006 warped tours through which the band has received great recognition, fame and appreciation. The amazing line up for the band are Torry Jasper who provides lead vocals, Jonathan Kelly as drummer, Johnny Abdullah as bassist and vocalist, Adam Rodgers as lead guitar and Dan Parker as guitarist and vocalist. The band initially started in 2001 with singer Torry Jasper and drummer Jonathan Kelly's meeting at a high school class and since then the band made an effort to create a full time band with adding talented band members to their group. After two years of playing together at small gatherings and events the band members Johnny Abdullah joined as bassist and Adam Rodgers as guitarist. The band's fifth member was also included in the band who was the previous member of Don't Let Go. Since then this five piece pop-punk, rock band have been shaking people with their outstanding collaborations and excellent music.

The band has made some very remarkable tracks and music for their fans and people who love rock music. Their amazing contributions towards rock music includes their first EP which was recorded by Immortal Records called "Change Is The Only Constant" which was released in 2003. This album came out after only a few months of the band's collaboration. The EP Contained some very famous tracks which gained popularity among the young crowd. Some of the very notable tracks of the album are "Queen of Hearts", "Black Truth" and a few more. This EP got the band a good recognition among the common people of the city and around. Their talents were appreciated and approved and their music was demanded by their fans and music lovers from all around the country. Their full length debut album was called "An Offer You Can't Refuse" which was released in 2005. Loose Lips Sink Ships was the very famous song from this album which was a hit. Their other albums and compilations which were a hit among rock lovers were "Prepare The Masses" which was released in 2006, "A Santa Cause - It's A Punk Rock Christmas" which was released in 2006 and "Masters Of Horror", a soundtrack released in 2005
