White Lies was discovered while playing at at Speck, local bar. White Lies were sure they were not going to be a one hit wonder after their single became popular.
White Lies knew they had finally made it when Barbara Ihnen started a fan club for the band in 1994. Starting out with just a few dozen members in Shelbyville, the fan club quickly grew with group’s national tour and the launching of the group’s website by Debbie Dostal.
The latest project from White Lies took over a year to put together. The band may have recently completed their most current project, but they are already planning the next release. Members of White Lies are expecting to bring in another audience with this tour and the most current record.
