Walter Williams Band started singing at the local dive bar Beach. The guitarist used to listen to his dad's cassette tape constantly as a child. The lead singer was influenced by his uncle's love of music. The members of Walter Williams Band grew up together. The group used to sell their CDs out of their truck on campus.
