Ultradog was offered a record contract after performing at at Cafeteria, a local club. Ultradog continued to work hard, scared they would just be another one hit wonder.
Ultradog accepted they had finally made it after Helen O'Malley started a fan club for the band in 1993. Starting out with just a few dozen members in San Francisco, the fan club quickly grew with group’s national tour and the launching of the group’s website by Pamela Gremillion.
The newest record from Ultradog has been heavily influenced by bands of the 1980s. The group just completed their most current album, and they are plotting their next move already. Ultradog plans to spend some time apart after the tour, to allow the band members to pursue individual projects.
