Fabian, Frankie Avalon and Bobby Rydell were the Golden Boys. The singing sensation trio were brought together by Fox, and they are sometimes popularly referred to as the golden boys of Producer Dick Fox. The young boys went on to become the favorite Teen Idols of the late 50s and 60s. Their live concerts were a huge crowd puller, it used to be a sell out event with thousands of screaming fans thronging the venue. Apart from doing live concerts, the Golden Boys have also appeared on television a number of times. "The American Music Awards", "Miss Teenage America", and "Command Performance: An All Star Salute To The President" are just a few of the television specials in which The Golden Boys have starred. They have had the opportunity to perform specially for the President of the United States, they have done it all. Their fan base had people from every strata of society, they had fans from not only the so called fun generation, but all generations. Their fan base was amazing.

The all time individual greatest hits of the Golden Boys include; "Turn Me Loose", "Tiger", "I'm A Man" (Fabian); "Venus", "De De Dinah", "Bobby Sox to Stockings" (Avalon); "Volare", "Wild One", "Kissin' Time" (Rydell). The trio have worked together, showcasing their talents to perform tribute to the materials of Elvis Presley, Bobby Darin, Rick Nelson and Bill Hailey.

Frankie Avalon began his career as a musician trumpet player. He seized every chance to enter local amateur contests and he was good enough to win quite a lot of them. His maiden single itself "De De Dinah" was a great hit, and his recording of "Venus" was one of the greatest selling hits of the era. From a "Teen-age Idol" he went on to become a mature professional, his successful career in the world of entertainment spans three generations of music, television and motion pictures.

Fabian Forte was born on February 6, 1943 and his talent was discovered at the age of 14. His good looks and gift of working the audience into a frenzy made him very popular. Just at the young age of 15 he was given the Silver Award for "The Most Promising Male Vocalist of 1958". Even before he had finished his teenage years, he had recorded many hit singles, eight albums and earned gold records for "Turn Me Loose" and "Tiger" and a gold album for "The Fabulous Fabian". He tours with the Golden Boys, but at the same time finds time to appear on television and feature films.

Bobby Rydell exploded into the musical setting in the late 50s as a rock and roll teen idol. He starred in a movie called "Bye Bye Birdie", and in plays such as "West Side Story". He appeared on and off in the Red Skelton Show and American Bandstand. He has carved a place in the top 5 of all single artists from his era. "Volare", "Wild One", "We Got Love" and "Forget Him" are some of his hit songs.
