After this past busy year the members of Radix Sunday Afternoon Music Showcase will spend some time apart to work on other projects. The group is in the middle of the promotional tour for their newest project. Radix Sunday Afternoon Music Showcase's new record is the group's first release since the band broke up nine years ago.
Radix Sunday Afternoon Music Showcase was discovered while joking around, performing on the street one day. The members of the group all quit their other jobs to focus on their music. Radix Sunday Afternoon Music Showcase were still a little worried after they released their debut single, but were relieved when the release began to get some radio play. The band is enjoying its success, touring constantly.
Radix Sunday Afternoon Music Showcase realized that the possibility of living life as actual musicians was a distinct possibility as soon as the group’s first fan club was started in 1988 by Linda Prather. The fan club grew from a few dozen to a few thousand after Shirley Treadaway created a website for the band and a national tour gave the group plenty of exposure.
