Background:
Kottonmouth Kings are better known as the self-described "psychedelic hip-hop punk rock" band. The band dramatically emergend from the not so big, Orange County, California in 1994. Then, the line up comprised of rappers Saint Vicious, and D-Loc, former Humble Gods frontman Brad Daddy X, DJ Bobby B. and famous "visual assassin" Pakelika. First of all the band grabbed the attention of the music lovers with the smah hit number "Suburban Life." Later on this track was appeared as the soundtrack to the Hollywood flick Scream 2 and went on to become a modern rock radio hit.

In 1998, the band issued an EP, “Stoners Reeking Havoc” on their own popular label Suburban Noize.After a year, followed their full-length album “Royal Highness on Capitol.” Then followed, “Hidden Stash” which helped the band to make their way through the mainstream music scene. In the fall of 2001, the band earned a huge fan base, thanks to their gigs with Bionic and D-12, just prior to the release of their next album “Hidden Stash II: Kream Of The Krop.” Band's fifth studio album, “Rollin' Stoned” was released in October 2002, which was produced by Brad X. In 2003, they came with their “ self-explanatory “Classic Hits Live.”
Many of their numbers have already peaked at the famous music charts, though they continued to expand their fan base with the release of many DVDs and CDs by punk and rappers bands. In 2004, the band issued “Fire It Up,” which proved a moderate hit. The band hit the music charts with their next self titled album in 2005, which featured some guest shots from Cypress Hill and Tech Nine.
