The band plays plenty of arenas, but would rather perform in the smaller clubs in which they started. KC & the Sunshine Band was discovered while putting on a show at at Cafeteria, local bar. The groupwas headlining shows soon after they started playing live.
The most current record from KC & the Sunshine Band has been heavily influenced by bands of the 1970s. The band is in the start of the accompanying tour for their new project. Members of KC & the Sunshine Band see this tour as a chance to expose another group of fans to their music.
