Micah S. Katt Williams was born on September 2, 1976 in Cincinnati, OH, but was raised in Dayton. He is a comedian, rapper and actor. He loans his voice to A Pimp Named Slickback on the show the Boondocks. He is the son of a former Black Panther Party member. As a child, he rejected a scholarship to The National Science Academy to follow idols like Don Knotts, Bill Cosby, Darnell Allen, Walt New, Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, George Carlin, Thomas Marshall, Jeff Foxworthy, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Seinfeld and Dave Chapelle, who he called the “Malcolm X of comedy.” Williams began as a stand-up comedian and appeared on shows like BET Comic View. He’s also played supporting characters in movies like First Sunday, Norbit, and more commonly known for his character in the movie Friday after Next as “Money Mike.”

About The Katt Williams
He has presented many skits and video appearances for artists like Ludacris, E-40, Outkast, Lil’ Kim, Lyfe Jennings, Nick Cannon (who recently married Mariah Carey), DJ Drama, Lil’ Scrappy, Lil Jon, and more. He was part of the Wild ‘n Out cast for several seasons. Williams starred in his own HBO stand-up show called The Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1; and is considered a “Harlem World Diplomat” and a member of the Dipset Family. He made news in 2008 when he handed out $100 bills to audience members at one of his performances at LA’s Laugh Factory comedy club. He also makes an appearance in the video game Grand Theft Auto IV as himself. He is in 2 upcoming movies: Internet Dating and Lonely Street, which are in post-production and his album called Its Pimpin’, Pimpin’ will be released in 2008. His American Hustle Exclusive Preview Tour began on February 14, 2008 in Long Beach, CA at the Terrace Theater.
