About GBH
GBH was discovered after their single was heard on a local music hour on Q92.1. The group's members all had odd jobs while they waited for their time to come. The group really enjoys performing and is playing almost nightly for fans.
GBH knew that they could really have a career in music in 1978, when Donna Lordi started the band’s first fan club. Starting out in Charleston with a few dozen members, the club grew fast, eclipsing a couple thousand all across the country in under a year.
GBH's latest release took just four months to produce. The band may have just finished their newest project, but they are plotting their next move already. GBH plans to take some time off after this next tour, allowing the group members to pursue individual projects.
Critics have often commended GBH for their playfulness with the audience during live performances. A music critic from Dallas, Claude Geanopulos, has always been pleased with band’s great vocals. GBH’s new release is receiving superb reviews from notable music critics like Gerald Gremillion and Erik Rastetter.
