About E.d.b.

A member of E.d.b. started dating a girl whose grandfatherwas a record executive. She passed the single on to them and the band signed a record deal soon after. The band's members all had odd jobs while they worked hard to be known. The group really enjoys performing and is playing almost nightly before fans.

E.d.b. knew that their dream of making an actual life for themselves as musicians had come true when Helen Lewis started a fan club for the band in 1977. While the club started out small after the organizer heard the group play at a small club in Baltimore, the club grew leaps and bounds after the band’s first national tour.

E.d.b.'s members hope to collaborate with other artists during the tour. The band recently finished their new release, and they are already plotting the next move. E.d.b.'s new album took two months to put together.

Often times, critics praise E.d.b. for their playfulness with the crowd when they perform live. A music critic from Dallas, Vince Thomalson, has always been pleased with group’s tremendous skill on their instruments.
