Chromeo's latest release is the band's first album since the band broke up nine years ago. The group may have recently finished their new project, but they are already plotting the next move. Chromeo intends to take some time off after this next tour, allowing the group members to recharge after a long year.

Often times, critics will commend Chromeo for their ability to connect with the crowd during concerts. Chromeo met with a local DJ from K96.9 and convinced him to play their single on air. The single immediately became a local hit and larger radio stations started playing the song. Eventually a record executive heard it and signed the band. Chromeowere tentative after releasing their debut release, but were more than relieved when they started hearing their music on the radio.
