The band is constantly touring now, rarely taking a week or night off. Candy Dulfer met with a local DJ from Q89.5 and convinced him to play their single on air. The single immediately became a local hit and larger radio stations started playing the song. Eventually a record executive heard it and signed the group. The group's members all had odd jobs while they waited for their time to come.
Candy Dulfer's most current release has taken the band in a surprisingly new direction, with a more complex musical structure. The band is in the first leg of the accompanying tour for their most current release. Members of Candy Dulfer hope to team up with other artists during the tour.
