The members of B5 & More were friends in middle school. The band used to sell their CDs out of their car on campus. B5 & More started performing at Eyewitness, a college bar. One of the band's members used to listen to the radio constantly as a kid.

B5 & More was discovered after their single was heard on K101.5. The groupwas headlining shows soon after they started playing live. B5 & More were sure they were not going to be a one hit wonder after their single became popular. The group plays plenty of arenas, but would rather perform in the smaller bars in which they began.
St. Louis has always been receptive to the band, even when they were small time, so the band schedules a show there every year, even if they are not touring.
