After paying their dues and opening shows for years, 12 Stones was signed to a record deal. 12 Stones were still not sure if they would make it after getting a record. They had heard too many stories and knew that they were in no position to expect anything.
12 Stones knew that they could really have a career in music when Deb Wolbert started the first fan club for the group in 1984. While the club started out small after the organizer heard the group play at a small club in Biloxi, the club grew leaps and bounds after the band’s first national tour.
